Related Digital has started construction on a $1.2 billion data center campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming, set to support CoreWeave’s expanding AI infrastructure. Spanning 115 acres, the site will deliver up to 302MW of capacity, with CoreWeave leasing 88MW under a long-term deal. Phase I, expected by 2026, will create hundreds of jobs and generate an estimated $250 million in local tax revenue over 15 years.
