AIT router failure takes web host offline for hours

A web hosting provider Advanced Internet Technologies has experienced a router failure and went offline yesterday. FTP services, hosted sites, and email servers are some of the services that are not accessible. Customers reported in Twitter that some of them have not received service for over six hours. According to the “system status page”, the company is working to complete emergency maintenance.
