CloudFest Americas 2026

Limestone Networks opens CloudFest week with pickleball and a hyperscaler exit pitch

Limestone Networks (LSN) returns to CloudFest Americas and NamesCon Global for a second year, and this time it has built a whole week around the visit. The show runs November 11 and 12 at Ice Palace Studios in Miami. LSN gets going a day early with a pickleball party at The Deck in Wynwood on Tuesday, November 10. Registration opens at 5:00 PM ET and play starts at 6:00 PM ET. Hosting operators, cloud builders and infrastructure buyers can all sign up.

Two panels follow on the Biscayne Stage, which WebPros presents within the Future of the Internet Economy track. On Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET, CEO Preston Gosdin joins Tim Timrawi of Sharktech and Christian Dawson of CloudFest Americas and NamesCon. The billed topic is why more companies are moving workloads off hyperscalers and back to independent providers. Soeren von Varchmin moderates. On Thursday at 2:30 PM ET, VP of Sales Taylor Henry joins The Data Center Story We’re Not Telling session alongside executives from Core 4 Solutions, DataBank and phoenixNAP. Ilissa Miller of iMiller Public Relations moderates.

Look at the sponsorship line, though. Sharktech and LSN power the Wednesday session, and LSN and Core 4 Solutions power the Thursday one, so companies on stage also back the sessions. Sponsored panels are common at trade shows, but it matters here because the Wednesday premise, a return to independent providers, is the very point under debate. The announcement offers no figures on how many workloads have moved. Gosdin says more AI and compute workloads land with independent providers each month, yet he gives no count.

LSN also lists what it did this year. It added GPU accelerated compute to its bare metal, cloud and colocation services, and it says it closed a major GPU deployment. It also partnered with Charg on a 60 petaflop AI supercomputer, reached 24 data center locations and updated its website. Henry says customers want ready hardware, a network near their users and a team that answers the phone.

Those are LSN’s own descriptions, and no customer names or prices come with them. Until the sessions take place, the case that workloads are returning to independent providers rests on the panelists’ own word.
