hi guys do you think a video tutorials will help your support staff?
I agree with this as well, either way though they are still useful resources for certain generic support requests.Your support staff should probably know more then the cPanel Video Tutorials can tell.

yeah, most people do not like watching the videos. They just find it easier contact sales or tech support depending on the problem.
