And, in my opinions, that's the smartest thing you can do. I don't trust downloads of Windows or other big name programs except directly from their developers.

I have a problem with Microsoft autoupdating anything.

I hate it as they're doing right now too - the updating that is for SP2. Some of the "crutial" updates they don't ask, just install and reboot over night, and I hate it. I loose stuff when that happens
