WHMCS (WHM Complete Solution)

Its certainly ideal for hosting.
You can't put MB and WHMCS in a same ring.. MB would be knockced out in the first round (based on my own experience)
But, really I mean, WHMCS does the job

Everyone is using WHMCS, give it a tray and see for yourself if it covers your needs. (It probably does)

We switched from clientexec which we had used for quite a while to whmcs about a year ago. We've been pretty happy with it although I have found support to be slow a couple of times.

Definitely easier to work with then clientexec.

That's odd, because we use clientexec currently and have had nothing but fantastic responses to our issues, including mission critical issues that are resolved much faster than WHMCS ever thought possible.

We have investigated switching back to WHMCS only for one reason: they have two features we need to further automate alot of our processes and provide a better end user experience.

However, the lack of support/slow support from WHMCS has been our major hurdle about switching. We enjoy the quickness of the support we get from ClientExec.

Regards.
