WHMCS Expensive

It's a business expense folks. Well worth the financial investment
The problem I have, is the software shouldn't charge you more because you make more money...

Doesn't matter if you make $50 or $500 the software doesn't get affected. WHMCS and cPanel are raking you in because you're making more money using their software and emptying your pockets without doing any more work.

WHMCS is not charging you more money as you make more money. it charges you more depending on how active clients you have.

$29.95 for upto 250 active clients

$44.95 for upto 500 active clients

so say you have 250 clients each paying $5 per mth hosting thats $1,250 per mth revenue, so take away $29.95 for WHMCS that is still $1,220.95, then you have server/backups etc. so lets say after that you are left with about $1,000 per mth.

so say you have a kind heart and have 250 charity clients paying $0 per mth and 250 clients each paying $5 per mth hosting thats $1,250 per mth revenue, so take away $44.95 for WHMCS that is still $1,205.05, then you have server/backups etc. so lets say after that you are left with approx. $900 per mth.

either way it is still a good revenue each mth you are left with and you making no more money as WHMCS only goes off active clients and not revenue.

$29.95 breaks down as $0.1198 per client
$44.95 breaks down as $0.0899 per client

so if you cannot justify covering this cost per client then you are in the wrong business
