WHMCS & Enom - Registrar Error - Domain Name Not Found

Had a customer transfer a domain over to us, but when we tried to activate the domain the Registrar error - Domain name not found kept occurring. Check our Enom account and can see there is a conflict on their systems which is affecting the activation on WHMCS.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and what fixes have been applied.
