which stats script is most accurate

I've also used both WebTrends and Urchin and beleive they are great products and they both have nice GUI's. However, I prefer AWSTATS than all the above; it seems to be a bit more accurate than Urchin (at least for me it has).

All in all, any one of those mentioned above would work well for you.

my $.02

Yeah, I think AWstats is one of the best ones there is, and the best thing is that's Free ;) not $900 licenses :D

Urchin is a nice package.

Has anyone tried Google Analytics yet? I have had it running since it came out a week or so ago and it generates some nice reports also!

Yes, I have. It is pretty nice. I was waiting for it to happen ever since Google purchased Urchin.

One thing I like about it being online is that hopefully they will keep the robots information up todate. When I installed AWStats on a server to monitor the stats for HostingRefuge I found that it didnt have all the robots listed and they were showing up as page views. I managed to manually add the robots. Hopefully with Analytics they will keep up todate information.
