Which is the best hosting location in ASIA?

Go for the big well known (american) Companies they have datacenters in asia most of them. And the prices is are good.
Hong-kong Singapore or malaysia
 
important is where are you from if you live in india or pakistan than these countries best for hosting at least to you and many pakistani and indian companies provide best packages and excellent services
 
I would go to the country closest to your customers. Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea may have great internet, but if your customers are in India, you better go with an indian DC.

Vietnam isn't really a good choice. They rely way to much on that single under water cabling system for good connectivity to the US and other parts of the world (Even in other Asian countries I believe).

If it worked without incident then maybe, but they seem to have annual major incidents resulting in 20+ days of very poor connectivity across.

Whilst other countries also use this for connectivity, it isn't the only route so it is a little more redundant.
 
Hong-Kong is the best option in my opinion for Asia location. But you can use any web hosting providers and use MaxCDN with Asia location and also cloudflare integration and that will make your website load fast from any location. good luck
