Which FTP to upload files to your site?

Which FTP program do you use to upload file to your server?
I use SmartFTP and also recommend it to anyone I know.

Its easy to use but still has all the advanced features anyone would need.

I have seen some people saying it can cause a problem on the server side because it doesnt close connections at certain times but I cant see any problems with it

I actually use WS FTP or its correct name, WS FTP95 LE. I've used this since the first time I ever used FTP, it is excellent and does everything I've needed it for.

I've tried other software, but I am so used to WS FTP by now, I just find it easier to stick with using that rather than trying to learn something new.

FLASHFXP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flash is the best FTP client I have ever used. The best part about it is it allows FTP to FTP transfers.... so you can easily transfer one file from a server to another with ease. Ive been using FlashFXP for about 3-4 years now. I would use nothing else.

We have SmartFTP at work.... it gets the job done I guess. But flash still owns
