Where do you want to have the possibility to be hosted in Europe ?

Why is it whenever anyone mentions Euro hosting the DMCA crap gets stirred up?

100 percent of the DMCA notices I've had "providers" go nuts over were pure nonsense.

Things like the people that paid spammers to listtheir links paying another bunch of SEO experts to send out "DMCA" notices that you had to remove their links. Google penalties hurt them bad.

Others were people claiming a picture that I had the negative for.

Right for hosts that don't understand DMCA

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that implements two 1996 treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

So this only applies if you are in the USA or have servers in the USA. If you do not have servers in the USA and are not based in the USA then you don't have any duty to acknowledge ir act on any DMCA report.

A lot of non USA hosts will act on a DMCA report though as it is still a copyright issue at the end of the day, but they don't need too.
