As you may know, there are many options for running a VPN server. You can run VPN software like OpenVPN or WireGuard on Linux or Windows; alternatively, you can use MikroTik RouterOS on a CHR VPS.
They all work well, but which approach do you prefer, and which are you most comfortable with, and why?
I'm interested in hearing which platform you find easier to configure, maintain, and manage, and what has worked best for you.
