Whats the best app for site design?

Photoshop is a solid program to user, altough I am starting to like Fireworks quite a bit. Dreamweaver is good for quick layouts or starting a template. But you can't beat a good text editor for making sure the code is a clean and efficient as possible.

I use photoshop and fireworks.
The images trun out well with a bit of both.
