link exchange would be one of the good ideas to boost your traffic, also you will need to re-write the content of your webpage together with your developer, to increase visibility on search engine :)
 
Twitter, Facebook, Post on related forums, YouTube videos, Banner Advertisements, Top Sites positioning.

It really just depends how big your advertising budget is, then from there the sky is the limit.
 
Make a post on some webmaster forums, do some special discount offers and use a blog for updates, or have a twitter, facebook or video trailers.
 
In my opinion, to get good amount of traffic to your site or blog , you should write quality articles, post in forums with signature, write blog comments, put your site links on high page rank sites, submit site to directories and use Google ad words paid advertisement.

Optimize your site and make it search engine friendly to get targeted web traffic to generate more sales.

Ten targeted visitors are far better than 100 non targeted visitors. Here the SEO and SEM comes into play.

Submitting to online directories, writing blog comments, submitting forum comments with signature link, Google ad words, press releases free/paid etc. will certainly help you out.
 
We do not do "paid to click", "craiglist",auto submit url" or "classified ads". To be honest I should say that those a marketing methods for a entry-level shared hosts. I like Craiglist a lot, but I do not think that it is a good place to promote hosting business.

be careful and watch your account carefully, ive lost lots of money on pay per click...i watched traffic that cost so much stay on the site for 0.00
 
Well, for getting quality traffic to your web site you have to show that you have the quality.


If you are contributing to any forum then you can also receive some visitors from here but you have to contribute quality as well.
 
I think we need a good directory for forums. I used to check Google directory but I am disappointed with the listing there.
 
I am also looking for ways to get eye balls on my website. I have an online ad company that I sell low cost ads. However, that is not enough to get people on my website. I have an account with 1800 banners and auto surfs but they dont do anuything.

Does anyone have an idea on how to get inexpensive ads online? Does anyone want to do something jointly or create a sort of community where we advertise our services on the same platform? PM if anyone has any ideas on how to proceed!
