What has been your biggest challenge/issue?

My biggest challenge is not to give up.. When we first started there was months where we did not see no sign ups but a heck of a lot of views and visitors. So I tried very very hard not to quit and look at me now here. making a decent amount of money at the end of the month after I pay all my bills. i'm happy where I am but wish I could do way better.

HI I am agree with you...if you stay focused you can really success in any field in-spite of too much competition..... 2-3 years are very critical for your business to grow. Once people get to know about your business and about your support..... They begin to trust you and they come back........ But attracting customers is such a critical issue that I have faced in this Industry.....:crash:

Our biggest challenge to date has been after we termainated a client for non payment, this client blacken our name on many forums (WHT, Mywot etc) saying we published his personal details on foums etc. which was 100% lie. as this client and us are in the UK if this was the case then i wonder why he never reported us to information commissioners for breach of data protection, maybe because it was a lie. This caused us so many issues and even forced us to take down one of our websites due to the damaged he caused.

Hiring and managing the right people was always a pain in the butt, especially giving them the right amount of autonomy while still making sure things were getting done.

I come from a consulting background so doing all the server management wasn't a big issue, but being able to offload my headaches onto capable people, and even finding/managing/retaining those rockstar sysadmins, was a bigger challenge than I expected.

This seems to be the biggest and hardest struggle for all internet based businesses. One we struggle with as well. WE ended up changing business names a few times but still plagued by the same kid.

well this kid even set up his own website forum on a free domain and free hosting to abuse us ( even though he has his own server), but we had that closed down. he even stated on his website he was ltd co, which was false we reported him and then reported his site for not displaying any TOS etc., but anyone ordering must tick accept his TOS.
