Every hosting company seems to advertise unlimited bandwidth, free SSL, backups, and 99.9% uptime.
From your experience, what features actually influence a customer's buying decision?
Do people prioritize price, performance, support quality, or something else?

Price gets attention first. But customers usually stay because the basics just work: site loads fast, SSL works, email doesn’t break, renewals are clear, and support answers when something goes wrong.
