What do you look for in a computer?

Speed is the top thing for me as I can not pucker down with the slow turtle crawl machines anymore. I need stuff done and I most times need it done quick. Price is also there but it varies depending any other goodies I might get with the deal.
 
I build my own.
I guess the thing Im most picky about is I will only use AMD processors.
And I like the case to be a micro, full towers dont do it for me at all :D

I have a laptop that I purchased online at Dell.com. Mainly it was for when I go to school but, I'm graduated now. Since graduation it has been collecting dust, haha. I always custom build my desktops but, if I where to purchase a desktop or laptop the 3 things I would really look at is the:
1. Memory / RAM - I would want something with a kick (3GB0.
2. CPU - I want something that will move (Quad).
3. Harddrive - I need something large enough where space is not an issue (500GB).

For laptops size / weight is an issue. Thats just something I would have to compare given the specs of the laptop.
