What Billing System you use.

We are using Hostbill. As mentioned previously in this thread, there support is lacking, but the updates are very frequent which is nice. They have a bunch of features/modules, and it seems they add more from time to time.

We looked at Hostbill, but ended up going with WHMCS.

Support isn't bad with WHMCS, but I'd like to faster development times.

I use WHMCS as it greatly acceptable & widely used. I have used BoxBilling before but i didn't like it that much. WHMCS got more options & is very user friendly in my opinion.

Current we are utilizing hostbill. While there support isn't the best they do have a bunch of things intergrated, and push updates 2-3 times per week which is always nice!

Quite a lot of people complaints about hostbill´s customer service. Is that really that bad?

Many people says it´s better than WHMCS. Do you agree?

I´m using WHMCS and I think it´s not bad. I don´t plan to move.
