What billing software do you utilize?

Yes I have used ClientExec in the past and the support was good, have they intergraded cPanel into it yet? I will test drive PhPcoin since I only do tri monthly or even yearly billing and don't need to get slapped with another bill... TheREason alreayd charges me to speak to him :)

frattay22: you can pickup ModernBill from your host for about $15 As most datacenters and resellers get it cheaper

We are currently migrating to ModernBill.
We started off with phpmanager, then moved onto a custom script and then onto whoiscart.
Whoiscart was pretty good, but it is very limited in many respects.

I have dove into ClientExec again, since it was very reasonable on prices and actually have a few month to month leases aviable. Alberto has given all he has to make it affordable and reliable billing and support software.

I use Modernbill. It has worked great, and I haven't had any problems with installation or upgrades following their directions. Some of the modules are a little difficult to get setup, but are well worth the trouble.

We use ClientExec, and it's been absolutely fantastic.

I'm no expert in the field, but I'm a little paranoid about tying billing software into the control panel like people do with WHMAutoPilot, after reading about what happened to Zoneserv recently...but I suppose you're never 100% safe...

I choose ClientExec for its simplicity of use and friendly reseller program. I used AutoPilot before, and it just did not click lol...ClientExec was a much better/easier solution.

Clientexec and loving it.

I must admit - I was dangerously close to switching to Ubersmith before CE came out with their latest version (sorry Alberto :p). But, it fixed lots of stuff and added some nice features - so I'm happy once again :D Besides, Ubersmith is crazy expensive and you have to pay like $1500 to get it on your own server, otherwise it's on their server - which makes me nervous.

ClientExec is what I am using now, very happy with it. Not too many features but it has everything you need. Integrated billing system, support tickets, staff allocation, file downloads for certain classes of customers... very nice.

ClientExec very good choice indeed!

It's nice to see the amount of people using Clientexec. Not every person will find an application that fits their needs, and when they do it will cost them a pretty penny for sure. An all-in-one solutions looks well on companies to provide a one-stop solution for everything. Future enhancements of CE, and the dedication of development of key features will coincide with the management's urge to be a key player in the niche.

Am using Clientexec here.
Not much complaints other than it still do not support auto invoicing. :D(not even crontab)

I use WHM Auto Pilot, seems to be pretty reliable and good so far. Not too hard to set up and works for what i need it to, although it is quite a pretty penny.
