I just heard that there are more tlds coming out. like .directory .design .store ... etc

What are these tlds? or does any one can get whatever he wants.
for example . blah !

I work a bit on support on a prestigious holiday site and there is a quite extensive enquiry and brochure forms.

Some one attempted to request a brochure using a **@**.aero email TLD, but a standard, jQuery form validator library rejected it.

TBD is To Be Done. This means people demand it but ICANN has not accepted it yet. Draw number means approximate number of this .TLD in acceptance list. New TLDs are published in batches approximately 500 per year or two, meaning this particular example is most likely to become available in 3-6 years.

dot pw has been around a while now like dot pro. but the new generation of TLDs are on their way and are currently in the sunrise period

Now that is quiet useful data. It means that we can now have custom domain extensions with our website URL. But I think .com will still be the strongest and the top level domain extension amongst all.

I have to agree with RH-Calvin The .com will in my opinion always be on top no matter how many new tld's become available. Some tld's are just pointless to have and the only business' that may register them are trademarked and governments. and the cost for them is astounding.
