whmcs.com is what resellers should use. It is the best software out there.

Agreed that it's a great software(by far the best for all it has/price), but you can't really say it's the best because it depends on your needs. So you can say "it's the best for me" CE, or WHAP, or MB could be "the best" for someone else.. it's all relative..

Anyways. WHMCS is great, but it may not make sense for some to pay $15/month for all the wonderful features if they just need something simple. So agin, OP should have been more specific.

Like siforek said, it all depends on your application and comfort level. WHMCS is certainly an industry standard.

ClientExec is almost the same as WHMCS but it is way cheaper
