Yeah - don't use it!! It's a nice IDEA to help save some money, and great in a pinch, but the lag on the line, the line quality etc is not worth the money! Certanly wouldn't use it for a business! I have one, it sits in the drawer for the most part. I take it with me when I go to the lake - that's about it.
Has anyone else had experiences with Kall8? The prices seem to be decent, but I want to make sure quality isn't sacrificed as this is a critical part of business if it's added to the company.
A few years back I seriously looked into a toll free number. It just didn't make sense financially on the small scale I was operating at. Don't get me wrong, it's a great resource for existing and potential customers, but do yourself a favor and calculate the rates for your expected calls(and time). If it still makes sense after that then consider your phone company.
