To many kiddie hosts?

There's always a mixed bag. There have been quite a few young startups who've actually made it and are now running well established businesses.

On the other hand, you'll get a few who are simply interested in it and realise the money making potential, they'll buy cheap and sell cheaper, make a few quid and run off.

A mixed barrell as I said and at times, I do think of the legal issues behind it, it's a problem created by the industry itself so we'll have to live with it.

You never know sometime kiddie are the kings, never go by name and years in business, the best even started as a kiddie, but agree withe some scammers they better be refered as scammers

I can spot these hosts a mile off. Poor site design and only accept Paypal.

I would run a mile as a customer and I think they probably do.

The fact may not be that they're "too young".They may just not be as skilled in hosting field to manage their own company. Because if you look across the world, There you will probably find hundreds of thousands of people maybe under the age of 23 that are far advanced in the field then even you are. Not insulting you, but you never know what the case is.

One of the first hosting companies I worked for was ran by a 15 year old and he was phenomenal at what he did. Very smart kid. Yes, not every 15 year old would be as organized or tech savvy but there are some out there.

Believe it or not, i agree with you and your experience.

When i was fourteen years old, i started going into the IT field and started getting into the web hosting industry. (Of course that was back in the day when things weren't as hectic) We all had to start from somewhere, no one just became skilled in a certain field within a night.
