On request we do but do not advertise it.

Almost... about 22 - 23 covered.

tickets?

Yes. No limit on tickets. We just answer them as they come in.

email only?

Nope See above. We try encourage use of the ticket system but still answer any email requests that come in. We often move them to the ticket system.

Whats the most frustrating thing about providing customer service?

When people submit tickets with out investigating the problem them selves I guess thats ok though because thats why we answer tickets.

What was the worst experience you had with a customer

A provider shut down once with out giving any of his clients (which I was one of) any notice. This caused a number of problems of some domains not having a backup handy and then having to call and explain this. A day later I managed to contact someone and they shipped the hard drives from Miami to me and I restored the data. Customer was happy again.
