Background:
Signed up for a shared Ensim server in the USA for large customer accounts.
Length of time with host:
Had smaller account last year, current account i have had for 6months.
Support Rating -A
Technical support is rapid and accurate, problems sorted with a minimum of hassle. especially good when you dont know that much about servers (like me)
Network Rating - A
Good fast server, very little downtime.
Value for Money - B
The nexus isn't the cheapest host on the market but it is a case of you get what you pay for. If you are running an online business and need reliability i would give them a go.
