For KPNQwest anyway (http://www.kpnqwest.com)

Staff walked out so the carrier is on auto-pilot and when it crashes, it crashes for good.

Been a bad year for carriers.
Carrier1, worldcomm, kpqwest.etc

I wonder if they would accept any volunteers to go answer support calls in return for keeping a bit of the network - LOL. I'll have the London to New York fibre!! ;-)

Been a bad year for hosts also.... PSI, Exodus amongst others.

I heard that XO we're going belly up also? Any truth in that?

Hmmm - be interested to know where you heard that about Easynet - Use them for bandwidth. Sounds strange as they just bought the remnants of a German company for £2.2m - http://www.easynet.net/about/about_article...ase.asp?uid=176
