Technical Support?

No Hard Feelings! :)

Most of the reseller hosting companies are run by school students. What do you think of providing TRUE 24/7 technical support to your clients? Do you get a lot of complaints because technical support requests are being answered after 8+ hours? Is this bringing down your business and do you still want to be in the hosting industry?

I know they are a lot of questions but I am just curious :)
 
We are run by 3 "kids" I guess you could say, I am 17, Chris and Ryan are 18.

However, I am the only school student, and am never off the computer for more than 6-7 hours tops, and Chris and Ryan are off the computer maybe 3 hours or so.

We have really good response time usually.
 
HTB got a night guy that only do Email support only on night. That all he do all night.
