suspended for spamming

Well, from the sounds of it and what we had been seeing a lot of is an insecure contact form. That is a more probable explanation for scripts being exploited. The company if they knew what they were doing they would set the rule settings to drop all email being sent out after like a surge of 400 trying to be sent out at once then it wouldn't have been 4200 bounce backs and just 400 and 3800 dropped before being sent. That is one of the best ways for most hosting companies to stop the bulk of spam email being sent out from their services through an exploited contact form. It does not make it right to have that contact form insecure, but it would allow you pin point the problem and remove it without worrying about the spam being sent out for a little while. Now the reason I was mentioning the contact form is because not to long after this initial post we seen an increase of exploitation through insecure contact forms. There is honestly no way to be sure though unless the company tells him/her and he/she for some reason comes back to post what the problem actually was. It sounds like the reason he/she wants the account unsuspended is because he/she had no backups at all of his/her site and would like to take an initial backup to transfer the site to a new host. Not the fact that he/she wants to stay with the host.

Thats what I was thinking. I was just scrolling through posts and seen it on the second page, but notice the original post date 10 months old at least.
