Stopped receiving emails

Hi all,
Just looking for some info on this.
I have a small reseller host on a shared server and it seems that all emails have just stopped. I do not get a lot of emails to my personal emails, but I have a cron job that runs nightly and sends the results to my email and that completely stopped showing up. My brothers account gets 20 to 30 emails a day and they stopped. ( gotta keep your brother happy :) )

I checked email reports and while I see some emails being rejected I don't see incoming emails like the cron job email.

My support on this issue has been less than stellar. I may be looking for a new host.

Has anybody got a clue why this just happens?

As a follow up, I tried to send an email from my yahoo account which says it was sent by yahoo, but there is NO record of it being delivered, or bounced or anything from my delivery reports on my server.

More follow up. So my support finally got back to me and told me they sent emails to my account and they were delivered. I checked the email delivery and they seem to work. I opened my email client, NO new emails. So I logged into my email with webmail, NO new emails.
So this morning I thought, here we go again. I sent 2 emails to my account from gmail and yahoo ( yea I really have a yahoo account :) ) Guess what, they showed up and my cron job that runs at 2:00 AM also sent the output email.
Somebody fixed something, I will probably never find out even though I'm really curious.

I'm not sure if this helps anyone, but at least I got to vent. :)

Is it shared hosting plan out of interest? If so, they must've fixed the issue on the server on their end.
