This is their shame for $11.xx not mine. I just like to warn all.

Sorry for your issues, but a Paypal dispute really doesn't hold any weight, at least in determining whether a provider should be avoided. What URL did you have hosted with them, and what were your specific problems?

i want to keep my domain name hidden. When ever i get some problem in my account i was going to live support and they was always asking me to submit ticket. Ok that is fine maybe they cant fix anything on live chat (weird) but could be. After i opened ticket it was taking few days to get answer.

monthly i told them before i will not pay annualy before i see everything is fine because i read some bad revies about them.

As i said $11.xx not importent for me but what they did is bad.

Some questions - how long were you with this provider? Did you cancel per their terms, and if so, did they then refuse a refund? Or did you simply a dispute with Paypal before doing this? They offer two different guarantees, a 30 day full refund or a 180 day pro-rated refund, with some exceptions.

Ofcourse i talked with them before i opened dispute. I just stayed there week. I fill their cancelation form to cancel and get refund after that i didnt get any news from then on 4th day they said they will refund one day.

I think they just kidding me because of very small amount .

and it doesnt matter how long i stayed there or which hosting plan i use. I let them just be happy with $11,86.

I told them i will post all that did to me all hosting forums.

Your are host seller also. If any of your user canceled his account will you let him wait for refund $11.86 ?

That is just their infamy.

Of course I'm a provider too, which is why I ask these questions. I don't think you'll find many providers that will issue any refunds until a Paypal dispute is dropped or settled. You were with them for one week, waited for four days after filling out their form to cancel and they agreed to refund you in one day. How long did you wait after that to file your dispute? Would I refund you? Depends ... was that $11.86 strictly for hosting? Did it include a doman name? Any other services? If it was strictly for hosting, I'd typically issue a refund same or next day. Their policy is fairly well spelled out on their site with examples.
The best with your new provider. :)

You signed up with them after you read some bad reviews. Ok, then. It's weird how you don't mention any good reviews about them.

You paid monthly, which is what we recommend until you've established that a provider suits your needs. Unfortunately, things didn't work out as you had hoped and you'll end your business relationship with them. Ok, that's what happens.

I still haven't heard anything that shows how they've actually harmed you. Care to elaborate?

Right, but you only mentioned bad reviews in your post, not the good reviews that should have made you sign up. So, I thought that was a bit weird.

Also, as Steve mentioned, the host might not give you a refund until you close the dispute. Have you tried this, yet?

In that dispute screenshot you posted, it looks like PayPal reversed a transaction. Do you have more details on that?

no not yet. Because i opened dispute after 4 days wait. That 4 days i sent them 4 or 5 email and they didnt answer any of my emails (tickets). I opened dispute after that. (After dispute they just get back to me) I didnt close dispute because i lost my trust to that company.

First I would try to work out with them, Talk to them let them know you really don't like there services. Maybe they can refund you, Or are you saying they don't want to refund you? If that is then you should go a head and do what you already did witch was to file a dispute on paypal. Other than that I don't know what to say.

Just sorry for your issues.

Sorry to hear about your experience with mochoshost. Let them know that they have a bad service. I hope they give you a refund and next time, be more cautious on sellers. I hope everything goes well with you.

I won't be going back there after recently leaving. Seems they use default passwords for domains so anyone could log on and change things. Also crappy support that don't seem to know what they are talking about.

Ok. This thread is now 8 days old and I still have yet to see what Mochahost did wrong that required you to ask for a refund.
So far I don't see how they are in the wrong at all.

If I were asked for a refund without any specification as to the reason I would not issue the refund.

If they offering 30 day money back you dont need to tell any reason to quit and ask for refund. They should pay back.
