Why would guys come to our site for the content when they can simply go to youtube for it?

I would think from a marketing and branding standpoint one would put content on as many sites as possible. This not only provides exposure for your own site but can also give those backlinks to your site that are so important with today's search engines.

Yes, from a Marketing and branding standpoint, that is a very good idea. However, my plan is to create an exclusive paid community which offers new videos as a main benefit.

I don't think that Microsoft would be as big as it is if it gave away the finished versions of the Windows or Vista OS.

BozoB does make a good point. Obviously you'vev got to establish your target, but you seriously need to consider "why" they'd pay for something they similarly get for free.

However, I will do my best.

As i said earlier, I only thought of the idea a little over a week ago, so i haven't gotten to all that stuff yet. I'm not terribly interested in making a killing right away. It's more important to me that I make a difference.

However, I do have some ideas that I would like to use:

Personally posting on specific forums and communities (with owners permission of course)

Utilizing my current network of fellow coaches.

Those are my main draws at the moment. I still need to do a lot of research. If you have any ideas, please share.
