Registerfly webmail

Hi, there.
I just apply the e-mail hosting service form Registerfly.com
My E-mail using POP/SMTP through the Microsoft Express is working fine..
However, my webmail is totally not working... http://webmail.nctech-int.com this is the link.. any one have any idea what is the problem with that...
I try to call them.. but can't solve the problem.... hai ~
I am a person want my webmail work... cause my e-mail is only send and receive but can't clean through the Microsoft Express .... ps: I only have 25M .....

Help !!!!

I am using the Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2004 as my anti-virus... So.. my Internet service provider is yahoo dsl. right? how should I tell them ?....
I don't have a lot of knowlede about this..

I go to http://webmail.nctech-int.com and I get the Horde login screen.

I am no Webmail expert ... but the friends whose sites I host that do like to use it and have problems ... most times its because they are not logging in properly. Consistently they forget they must use their entire email address as their login name.

Just an uneducated thought.

Confuses the heck out of me. I have clicked on the link a dozen or more times over the past almost 12 hours and everytime I got the Horde login page. Don't understand why I get it everytime and everyone else seems to have a problem.
