Thanks. It took a good 15 minutes to read through this, but it was very interesting. It'll make believing any reviews of Lunarpages very hard to believe.

From my experience most reviews of larger hosts are fake. I know for a fact that there are many review sites owned by the hosts that appear where?.. Oh yeah, as #1 of course. I've worked for a few hosts in the past, but have never been asked to post reviews. Aside from posting in "their" forums when it's slow, I've never been asked to do anything other than my job. So although I'm not surprised that LP has fake reviews, and are obviously using unethical tactics IMO, to as staff to do dishonest things is.. :devil:

Yea there are plenty of these "Top 10 web host" sites out there with all their fake reviews or editor reviews. If you are looking for real reviews, check out forums like this or visit reliable web host review sites that have real user reviews.

Back to topic. I can only comment on ASO as I was once their customer before moving to another host due to their poor server performance. From my experience, that's the only downside. Their support is good.

A small orange? I have never heard of that one before...strange. The only on that list I've heard of before was Fat Cow, but other than that, I haven't much about them. I would recommend checking out each of their customer service availability to see how well you can get a hold of somebody. See how long each of them have been in business and what types of guarantees they give. You can also check their network uptimes by visiting sites such as Netcraft and such.
