Works fine for me, 9:50AM EST (GMT -5)
Usualy sites like that wont allow you to ping it 
it is up for me always check www.optiview.com to double check any site you think is down.

Damn for some reason its my home it doesnt let me see the site but proxys do. Might aswell call that a fake spoof article
