The pope's website is attacked by 10,000 viruses a month and at least 30 mainly-American hackers every day. :uhh:

"Fortunately, up to now no-one has managed to penetrate the pope's site thanks to a highly efficient team of specialists charged with antivirus protection who have always managed to block hackers' emails," said Archbishop Claudio Celli, secretary for the administration of the Holy See's heritage.

Hackers see no difference between people. They see a celebrity, a famous person - and try to get him through web. :D

So I think they are not doing that because he is Pope. He is just an influential figure.

C'mon, how much l33t haX0r credit would you get for cracking the Pope's official web site.

Think of the 13 year old, hairy-palmed kid, sitting in his mom's basement, trying to hack the Pope's web site.

It's all for the l33t man. You just don't get it Artashes. ;)
