WHM/cPanel almost every potential customer they ask do you have cPanel. Just makes it a simple decision to stick with WHM/cPanel

Same thing with me. Every client asks if we provider cpanel. Well we do, so we put it on our main page. Saves them time

I wouldn't say that its the best - the word best expresses opinion in this industry. It may be prefered by most users, but then again, many (if not most) users don't care about the control panel. Because cPanel is so widely used, users may tend to prefer what they are accustomed to, while others like to try new things. It's hard to say which is the best, you just have to find your niche.

That seems very true, Dan. cPanel is now more of an industry standard, but there is definitely room for the competitors. The control panel choice can help make a host unique.
