OK, now this is what I call a BUSY web site! the colors and everything do compliment each other really well, but you have an awful lot of information packed onto one single page and it looks cramped.
On the inner pages the header images break apart. Also, whay it is with the skinny sites? 800 width is so 5 years ago. People have bigger monitors allowing you to design layout a site wider than 800.
