Have you heard about NotebookLM? This is not a paid endorsement, this is a real-world person who has used it and is just blown away by what it can do!
So here's the deal. I use ChatGPT quite a bit, and have crated my own GPT's and repositories so I can ask it questions and it can do the research based on the files that I upload. This has been huge when coming up with content ideas, strategies, or getting the tone of voice correct when creating new articles.
However, I've been playing around with NotebookLM - this is a product made by Google, and it's pretty good at taking notes, summarizing and allowing you to ask it questions. Again, you can upload files and use those as reference points (also link to Google Docs, Audio, or even YouTube). The YouTube angle is fascinating in that you can link to a YouTube video, and then use NotebookLM to ask it questions and it can find the parts and answers within the video, or even other places.
So, I'm an SEO guy - I think everyone knows that at this point. I've been playing with videos and scripts etc, but the NotebookLM has taken me in a whole new direction. Podcasts - not just your regular one with an automated reader, but using the generative speech and ideas inside NotebookLM.
Check out one of our posts about SEO and the problems with short term SEO. In this article, it's about a 5 minute read, we have a few areas on why it's not a good idea for sort term focus, and then back it up with links to other articles, info etc.
Today, I posted the NotebookLM podcast version of the post. A 2 person conversation about the post and honestly, if this was on the radio I would not be able to tell if this was AI generated or two people actually having a conversation on the radio (interview style). This is the future of AI guys - this is pretty crazy.

After the first paragraph I have a link to the Podcast version. This turned a 5 minute reading post into a 21 minute podcast.
Have you played with NotebookLM? Are you going to now?
