Hi!

Just to say that I have my New Auth Account Active 😀 , so now I can take Credit Cards without PayPal mess 🙂 , Also, I would like to know if you have a Hosting Company will you go for WHM or MB (I know I have Asked this in Another Post, Sorry 😛)...

And some Questions for MB 🙂

Do I need a SSL Security Certificate to use MB ?
Can I have Various Server's with MB?
Can I have a TAX on every Account ? (A general Tax / Processing Fee *Monthly*)
Can I Monitor the Servers with MB? ( I know I can see the Load with WHMA)
Can I have various Order Forms on MB? (I know I can with Groups on WHMA)
Can I have my Order form with my Site Design ?

😛 I think that's it for the moment :smash: 😀

I dont know much about MB but everything you asked for can be done in WHM Auto Pilot.

As for the SSL you dont need it to run authorize.net..... it is an option that can be used and is recommended though. ($35 for a security problem is nothing. I would just buy the SSL and get a secure gateway setup on an IP or yours)
 
Hi, after many years of trying this and trying that this is what I think is the best billing program:

1. Modernbill - http://www.modernbill.com

Buy the program, it is worth it!

2. You will need secure server, http://www.freessl.com is pretty cheap but not free anymore. Get the chained SSL

That's about it, just make sure your server gets setup to run modernbill if you elect that as your billing program.

I think a lot of people (hosting companies) prefer Modern Bill from what I have seen around. Too bad I dont use it, we have our own customized solution.
 
We use WHMAP. I have ran MB for a while though. Personaly WHMAP is much better buy since its so cheap.

Although it is still missing a few features that MB has i have been talking with t he developers of WHMAP and we are getting them put in 🙂

so i guess that within the next 2 months WHMAP will have everything i need it to do. and it will only have costed me $150 for life 🙂 and unlimited cleints. 🙂
 
Most merchant accounts require that you have a business checking account to deposit funds into. This is for business secuirty and tax purposes.... Why would you send funds from one transaction software to another anyways??

Most merchant accounts charge %3 on the total charge then .35 cents per transaction. Then when you send it to paypal... Paypal takes another 4.5% out. So you just lost close to 10% of the cash.
 
To Open an Auth Account you need:

*Social Security Number
*Bank Account
*Credit Card
*an Photo ID

At least that was what I needed 🙂
