The design looks good. It will be better if the site has "Privacy Policy" page

It's not the best but it's not the worst.

I would still say it needs work, just some touches, it looks more old fashioned for me.

Top logo is not that professional. Color scheme is also not looking that professional.

The site gives an "amateur" look :/
Edit: Don't put shadows around navigation etc. And also I don't see the point of the DOCK in the footer. :S
