Never heard of them before but their servers are located at ThePlanet which is a reliable datacenter except of course for their 2-3 day power outage due to an explosion a few years ago.

Why does everyone recommend going with "well known" companies? You know, before they became "well known" they themselves were nobody.

If you like their package, try them out. If you already have hosting elsewhere, Keep the hosting where it is for another month and in that month test this new host with a test website.

Good point - many times reliable "smaller" companies can offer you more personalized service. Depending on what your hosting needs are, choosing a smaller provider may be ideal for you
