NDAs - Really worth it?

We're actually seeing an average enterprise value in web hosting companies of one to one (12 months). The better the business model and revenue base, the higher the value. If your company is distressed, that value diminishes.
 
I was talking to David Snead the other day and he was talking about how he has been involved with many deals in the industry worth 2x to 3x annual revenue.

Yeah, I need to find a nice cigar, a good bottle of wiskey and a warm sunny day (not to mention time) :) Seems like my next 3 weeks are going to be a whirlwind of meetings, conferences and exhibits from Georgia to Teaxas to Colorado. I'm looking for the "slow" period again, but at the same time, happy it's not ;)
