This is taken from the source HTML of foodgawker.com. So, it would appear it is using Wordpress.

http://wordpress.org/support/topic/theme-similar-to-tastespotting-or-foodgawker seem to suggest a similar theme.

P.S. I'm definitely hungry now as well.
