It varies from provider to provider. I'd say the average is probably 30 as others have said as that's what I've seen the most.
I've seen 3 days, 7 days, 14~15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
It really just varies from provider to provider. I'd say the longer the term the more likely the provider is to be abused by those that really have no intention of paying for it.
Let's say they offered a 10 year money-back-guarantee. I imagine everybody would probably use it for as long as they wanted and then request their money back when they no longer needed it even if the service was great / did serve the client's needs well.
What we've opted to offer in lieu of money back guarantees on the shared side are free trials - no credit card required. So far we've not seen any abuse.
