ModernBill, Client Exec or WHMCS? (Important)

WHMCS even has a new WHMCS Live Chat Addon that goes into there WHMCS panel so you don't even need anything extra ;) you have it all in one (COMPLETE SOLUTION) !
 
We first picked up modernbill when we started, but I found it hard to use (at least for me).

I stumbled on whmcs, and haven't looked back since. Their support is pretty top notch, and there is always a lot of help in their forums. They will definitely meet your needs.
 
I find these topics great because there are just so many of them.... :P

WHMCS; Everyones first choice. Then there are the others in which you have listed. These are all popular programs and yet everybody uses them.

Allot of people have not heard of Blesta... www.blesta.com. On first site of that software it may not look to be the best software around. Uppon further investigation, it does basicaly everything that is needed from a billing system for a web hosting company.

I am suggesting blesta because it is not something that every hosting company uses, it's cheap, and it's stable and reliable.

I highly recommend WHMCS, we use it for our billing and ticket system and it works wonderfully. In my opinion, it is the best software available.
 
Plesk Billing also now no longer has an owned option.
This kind of stinks, since depending on product stability and flexibility you can end up paying less with owned software than with leased.
(Though if you just want to test it out, or use it for a small number of clients, their 10-user demo license is apparently free. I don't know how long that demo license lasts...but it still doesn't give me any option to own rather than lease.)
