Miracle?

Hi HD,
I'm going to try to keep this topic as humanly as possible.
So the other day I went online and I went to create a post on Facebook telling people what I do, how it's useful for you, exclusive deals/discounts, and that any questions can be asked. It went very well.
It got me around 25+ potential customers, most of which I've had to talk to face-to-face. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
The web hosting market, to my knowledge is flooded with competitors. Not making enough room for start-ups.
I've only started my business in June 2024, and it looks like it's off to a great start.
I'm very passionate when it comes to business and web hosting, I don't do it to get rich quick, I just do it because I like doing it. I never thought I would end up this busy. Haven't had time to do anything!
Does anybody else have anything they would like to share relating to this?

Hello! It’s completely normal to feel like you’re running out of time in this industry, where competition is intense, both locally and globally. It can be a challenging phase (believe me, we know), but you can succeed by delivering high-quality work and understanding what your clients truly need. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of your work. Over time, as you grow, hiring extra staff can help free up your time. Most importantly, enjoy what you’re doing and avoid burnout.

This is, without questions, an incredible turnover on a post. I've rarely seen such an engagement from a Facebook post, even a sponsored one. Was it a personal post in your personal feed or have you posted in a group? Was it a topical group, a local one to your area, etc? If you can shed more details, that will be very educational.

I'm also curious to know more about how you saw 25 potential customers through one FB post.

I know! I was very surprised as well with the results. I did have meetings with most of them and it also went well.
It was a group post in my local area. I said something similar to 'having a website could potentially increase sales and drive more customers toward your business'. I've been handing out more business cards and more posters around my local area. We all know each other, I think that's what has pulled customers in. We already have that relationship.

I absolutely love such a classic hustle to grow your business, through advice, transparency, relationship, authority. Thanks for sharing the details and congrats again. You win at Facebook. ;)

Local groups can be an amazing place to find some really loyal clients, having a face to face relationship with is great, it adds some niche to your company within your local area. 25 clients is an amazing result.

I meet a handful of clients face to face, especially web design clients, it's a great way to really make yourself shine.

Yeah, what I do is Web Hosting plus Web Designing.
Meeting face to face clients is definitely a key to what separates you from the 'big guys'.
When I originally went in to web hosting, I thought there would be no room for me. But quite the opposite has happened.
I wish you good luck!

I think the problem now with the big guys is they just keep buying each other up and then become crap, I remember many years ago starting out as a reseller, and some of the big guys were decent. Not so much now from what I see online. I don’t resell anymore, I’d rather take a loss on a location for a small amount of time until I built a client base in said country.

Thank you, I wish you all the luck too!

That’s an amazing result! I’d love to see the actual post you made—was it the way you wrote it, the specific audience in the group, or maybe just one of those perfect moments where everything clicked?

I would assume it's a perfect moment where everything clicked. It was really what this title is - a miracle!
I've always been lucky with tech, when I was at a very young age I knew a ton about the Windows operating system and how it works. I've been doing the same ever since, innovating my knowledge to newer technology, I guess my brain just works with tech. Goes hand in hand, the same thing goes to business.
