When it was time where my server was not repairable with any ssh codes or anything we can do to fix it, Jason built a new server for me and allowed me to transfer my old server to the new one no extra charge. I came across OnTheCloud/UnlimitedNet while searching for Midwest colocation space on WHT. I’ve only ever done VPS or Dedicated server renting, so the colocation world was new to me. I reached out to Jason and he was extremely helpful and answered my many questions.

In the last 6 months, I have colocated several servers with them and I already have plans for more. The network has been absolutely solid, and there has been no downtime since I’ve been there. Also, when I had some special requests they were more than willing to accommodate. I also love that their carrier cross connects are much cheaper than the other data centers in the area.

For anybody looking at colocation, especially in the midwest, I can 100% recommend OnTheCloud.

About a month ago, I reached out to Jason at Circle City Servers (formally OnTheCloud.co) to see if he’d be able to provision a server with a slightly different configuration than what OnTheCloud was offering. Jason quickly got back to me and confirmed that my configuration would be possible, though they would need a little extra time to build it. That was perfectly fine with me, as there was no rush on my end as I was simply moving my sites from a VPS that I had been using for the past eight years. To my surprise, Jason provisioned the custom server that same day, which was a Sunday, mind you.

After that, I faced the painful process of moving all my sites with outdated code to the new server. Jason reached out to check on my progress and even offered help if needed. I’ve been very impressed with the customer support that Jason has offered.

I'm also very happy with my new server. It runs so much better than my old VPS. I wish I had made this move much earlier.

We operate our network on AS11990.
