malware review

i thought GREAT, now i can get in and set the backup to my backup server, but how wrong was I "login details invalid" it took them some time to correct this, so now i gained access so went into my other server to use the WHM transfer option to transfer my site away as i no longer trust wizz solutions, but this failed a couple of times, then i found out beciase the root password was not working in the transfer system, so had to change this in solusvm and now migrated my site to my other server and told wizz i want a refund and call it a day as trust has gone and in this business you need the trust.

latest message, so now according to them their was no problem with my account

Description:
Terry,

There were no problems with the account other than one with google marking your IP as malware. We worked very hard to resolve this issue and setup your account with you over the past few weeks.
You will not receive a refund and we can only cancel your account before the next renewal.

Let us know what you would like to do,

STAY AWAY FROM WIZZSOLUTIONS.COM

Terry,

As I mentioned, your special promotional discounted XVPS service was
completely fine outside of the malware blacklist flagging by google which
was out of our control. My team worked many hours and days to correct
this for you. You should be able to understand and appreciate the work
that was put into this resolve this as a hosting company owner. This
google blacklist was not our fault, as it was done by a 3rd party in the
relationship, and we did everything in our power to resolve this for you.

Our team worked very hard to satisfy you and to make sure your account was
setup properly. In the month your account was open we have replied to
your tickets over 50 times and spent a total of 20 hours of work on your
requests. No refund will be provided. I will involve our attorney who has
affiliates in UK and all proper authorities if you decide to push this
refund request any further.

If you are unsatisfied we will cancel your account and you will no longer
be charged. That is all that will be done.

Best wishes,

Mike @ Wizzsolutions

Well at least that's progress. I also checked the IP number on a ton of the blacklists that we use and it's not listed on any of them either. Seems like things are at least moving in the right direction again. Just a pain in the butt to go through it !

Wow - i posted before reading page two!!

For them to say that there was no issue and no refund, there's something wrong there!

At the end of the day, they provided a server that was NOT ready to go. It involved "many weeks" of back and forth tickets for them to recognize the issue and work to resolve it. As a client, you paid for a working machine - 100% working machine at that. They failed to provide it, and as such, they need to refund and bite the bullet on it. Failure to do so will look bad on them.

If you paid with Visa or MasterCard - let them deal with it. You were promised a service and it wasn't delivered. Easily you can state that the product purchased took several weeks for the merchant to deliver. At that point, Visa will protect you as a consumer. You purchased X, you were delivered Y, and had to wait for X to be ready.

At the very least, even if they didn't want to do the refund, as part of good customer service, they should be offering 1 month free for the problems encountered!

well I moved my main site/WHMCS back over to the same server clients accounts are on and toild wizz what they can do with their server as my trust in them has totally gone. they refuse to refund so that $25 down the drain. at least buycpanel refunded me even though it was outside their 7 day MBG by 3 days as i proved i had no access to my CP licence

paid using Paypal and below are wizz solutions refund policy, which in the UK would be illegal as it offers no protection for the buyer

You are very quick to place blame or cancel, I am very surprised to see this type of actions from a hosting company owner.

Best wishes,

so they are not to blame for these issues in their eyes.

Sounds like this needs to get posted at another famous hosting discussion forum so that the public is more aware of the issues happening.

Yes that would be ideal if i was allowed to register on that other forum.

Maybe the title of this thread could be changed to "stay away from wizzsolutions.com"
