Looking for Advice on Outsourcing Co-Managed IT Services

Hello everyone,

I’m exploring the benefits and risks of adopting a co-managed or managed IT support model to augment our internal IT team. The provider I looked at specializes in Managed IT Services for IT Departments, offering around-the-clock SOC / EDR, cybersecurity audits, cloud migration, disaster recovery, and compliance support.

Has anyone here integrated a managed IT services partner with their in-house team? What challenges did you face (e.g. control, communication, cost, trust), and how did you overcome them?

Also, what are the most valuable metrics or KPIs you tracked to ensure the partnership was effective?
